Most team-building programs focus on surface-level exercises or motivational talks. Creative Journey for Teams goes deeper — using embodiment, movement, and psychedelic-informed practices to transform how people connect, collaborate, and lead together.

Introduction to Embodiment

Ask the Body. It Knows.

A short-format Creative Journey experience (90 minutes to half-day).

  • Duration: 90‑minute to half‑day session – ideal for off‑sites, retreats and conferences.

  • Participants: 10-30 per session

  • Focus: Deep body awareness, posture & movement and collaborative choreography. Participants explore what it means to inhabit their body, unlock confidence and presence, understand how the way they stand and move shapes thought and feeling, and practice leading and supporting in “ensemble literacy”—learning to join, create and exit a group gracefully.

  • Outcome: A glimpse of transformation; a doorway into the deeper journey.

Team Retreats
