Love for Strangers

May 30, 2025

Driving home just now, I saw a man driving a delivery truck. I saw a woman walking down the street. I saw a man walking a dog. Without effort, I sent them each some love. I don’t need to know or even like them to do this. It is a ball of light. It doesn’t need anything in return. I see a tree. Same story. My spirit gets broad. I depart from the to-do list in my head. I’m connected to all these living beings. I want to tell the man to put his head back onto his spine. He will feel much better. But I keep driving home.
